We just have work that needs doing and people who can do it well.
Ensure our users get value from the product from day one. Handle onboarding, support questions, feedback collection, and maintain documentation and help content. Act as a bridge between users and the product team by highlighting common issues and feature requests.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support or customer success for SaaS products.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using ticketing/support tools and documenting solutions.
- Ability to create simple help articles, FAQs, and short tutorial videos.
- Empathetic, patient, and proactive about preventing recurring issues.
Design and maintain the infrastructure that keeps our products available, secure, and fast. Set up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and backups, and help shape a robust, scalable environment suitable for a multi-tenant SEO SaaS.
Requirements
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Docker and container-based deployments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting stacks.
- Understanding of security best practices for SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of scaling strategies for backend services and databases.
