Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any doable.team service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

Definitions: “Services” means all products under doable.team (keep.domains, Rankth.com, n8ncopilot.com). “User” means you. “Account” means your registered user account. “Content” means data you submit. “Subscription” means a recurring payment plan.

Eligibility: Must be 18+, have legal capacity to contract, not prohibited from using services, provide accurate information, maintain account security.

Account Registration & Security: Register using email/password or Google OAuth. Information must be accurate. You’re responsible for all account activities. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. Don’t share credentials.

Service Availability: We don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific uptime (except in paid plans), or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services, perform maintenance, and limit access during high traffic.

Product-Specific Terms:

Rankth: Must own/have authorization for tracked websites. SEO data are estimates. Google Analytics/Search Console require your authorization. AI insights are suggestions, not guarantees. We’re not responsible for algorithm changes.

keep.domains: Subject to ICANN policies. You’re responsible for accurate WHOIS info and domain renewal. Transfer requests must comply with ICANN policies. Failed renewals may result in domain loss.

n8ncopilot: You’re responsible for securing credentials. Workflow execution subject to third-party API availability. AI suggestions require human review. We’re not responsible for unintended workflow actions.

User Content & IP: You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to use it to provide services. You’re responsible for backing up content. We own all services, software, designs, and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license. No reverse engineering or unauthorized use of our branding.

Fees, Payment & Refunds: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Fees charged via Stripe or DodoPayment in USD. Price changes communicated 30 days in advance. 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible subscriptions evaluated case-by-case. Domain fees generally non-refundable.

Termination: You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing. Data downloadable within 30 days, then permanently deleted. We may suspend/terminate for violations, non-payment, or fraud. No refund of prepaid fees unless required by law.

Disclaimers: Services provided “AS IS” without warranties. No warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We’re not responsible for third-party services or AI inaccuracies.

Limitation of Liability: Not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid in 12 months. For free accounts, limited to $100 USD.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify doable.team and Acodez IT Solutions from claims arising from your use, violations of terms, or content you submit.

Dispute Resolution: Governed by laws of India. US users subject to applicable US laws. EU users have local consumer protection. Contact us first for informal resolution. Mediation available. Arbitration provisions may apply.

Changes to Terms: Material changes communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue. Invalid provisions modified to minimum extent necessary.

Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose: This outlines prohibited uses. Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, harmful content (malware, phishing, spam), security violations (unauthorized access, bypass security), abuse & harassment, intellectual property infringement.

Service-Specific Restrictions:

Rankth: Don’t track unauthorized websites, scrape data for resale, use black-hat SEO, abuse API limits.

keep.domains: Don’t provide false WHOIS info, register domains for illegal purposes, engage in domain squatting.

n8ncopilot: Don’t create workflows violating third-party terms, automate spam, store stolen credentials.

Resource Usage: Fair use only. No cryptocurrency mining, proxy/VPN services, or reselling without authorization. Respect API rate limits.

Reporting Violations: Report abuse to [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

Enforcement: Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent termination, legal action, or cooperation with law enforcement.

Billing & Refund Policy

Pricing: Free tier available for select products. Paid subscriptions (monthly/annual). One-time purchases available. Usage-based pricing for some features. Prices in USD by default, local currency in select regions. Taxes excluded unless stated.

Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), digital wallets, bank transfers for annual plans in select regions. Processed via Stripe or DodoPayment. We don’t store complete credit card numbers.

Subscription Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew. Charged using the saved payment method. Reminder emails are sent before renewal. Monthly billed every 30 days, annually every 365 days. Pro-rated charges when upgrading.

Failed Payments: Retry up to 3 times. Notifications sent. After 3 failures, subscription suspended. Reactivated upon successful payment. No data deleted during 30-day suspension.

Taxes: Sales tax/VAT/GST added at checkout based on billing address. EU: VAT per EU regulations. India: GST per Indian law. US: Sales tax where applicable. Invoices include all tax information.

Price Changes: Current subscribers get 30 days notice. New prices apply at the next renewal. Cancel before renewal to avoid an increase.

Upgrades & Downgrades: Upgrades are effective immediately with a pro-rated charge. Downgrades are effective at the next billing cycle with credit applied.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime through account settings. No cancellation fees. Subscription is active until the end of the paid period. No refund for unused time. Account converts to free tier if available. Data is retained for 30 days, then deleted.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Available for first-time subscribers. Request within 30 days of initial purchase. Applies to subscription fees only. Must not have violated terms.

Case-by-Case Refunds: Evaluated individually beyond 30 days. Service outages may qualify for pro-rated refunds. Billing errors corrected with a refund/credit. Technical issues may qualify.

Non-Refundable: Domain registration/renewal fees, usage-based charges consumed, third-party fees, accounts terminated for violations.

Refund Process: Contact support at [email protected]. Provide account details and reason. Processing: 5-10 business days. Refunded to the original payment method. Credits may be offered as an alternative.

Domain-Specific (keep.domains): Auto-renewal available. Reminders sent 30, 15, 7 days before expiration. Grace period varies by TLD. Redemption fees for expired domains. Transfer fees are non-refundable.

Invoices: Available in the account dashboard. Automatic email receipts. Download as PDF. Historical records for tax purposes.

Disputes & Chargebacks: Contact support first. Chargebacks may result in suspension. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to termination. Evidence provided to the payment processor.

Data Processing & Security

Infrastructure: All services hosted on AWS. Primary data centers in the US regions. Redundant infrastructure. Regular backups across availability zones. Disaster recovery procedures.

Data Storage: Encrypted at rest (AES-256). Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Database backups are encrypted. Backup retention: 30 days. Geographic redundancy for critical data.

Security Measures:

Application: Secure password hashing (bcrypt), role-based access control, API authentication, rate limiting, input validation, OWASP Top 10 protection.

Network: Firewall protection, DDoS mitigation, security audits, penetration testing, intrusion detection, 24/7 monitoring.

Access Controls: 2FA available, session management, employee access limited by role, audit logging, regular access reviews.

Compliance:

GDPR (EU): Lawful basis, data protection by design, DPIAs conducted, standard contractual clauses, data portability, right to be forgotten.

DPDP Act (India): Consent-based collection, purpose limitation, grievance mechanism, cross-border safeguards, data principal rights.

CCPA (US): Transparency, right to know/delete/opt-out, no sale of information, non-discrimination.

Incident Response: Immediate investigation, containment and remediation, user notification within 72 hours (GDPR), cooperation with authorities, post-incident review.

Data Breach Notification: Email to affected users, description of breach and data affected, steps taken, recommended actions, contact for questions.

Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies: Small text files on your device. Help provide better experience by remembering preferences and understanding usage.

Types:

Essential (Required): Authentication, security, session management, load balancing. Cannot be disabled.

Analytical (Optional): Google Analytics, microsoft clarity, performance monitoring, feature usage, A/B testing.

Functional (Optional): Preferences, language selection, theme settings, dashboard customization.

Marketing (Optional): Retargeting, campaign tracking, email tracking.

Third-Party Cookies: Google Analytics, Stripe, Google OAuth, social media platforms. These have their own privacy policies.

Cookie Duration:

Session: Deleted when browser closes. Used for authentication.

Persistent: Authentication (30 days), preferences (1 year), analytics (2 years), marketing (1 year).

Managing Preferences: Browser settings allow control. Can block or delete cookies. Disabling essential cookies affects functionality. Google Analytics opt-out available. Marketing emails have unsubscribe links. Account settings manage preferences.

Do Not Track: No universal DNT standard. We don’t alter data collection in response to DNT currently.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: Primary jurisdiction: Laws of India. Parent company: Acodez IT Solutions (India). Kerala courts have jurisdiction for Indian users. US users: US federal/state laws. EU users: Local consumer protection laws.

Informal Resolution: Contact support first. Provide detailed information. We work in good faith for a resolution. Most disputes are resolved in 30 days. Contact: [email protected]

Mediation: Either party may request. Conducted by a mutually agreed mediator. Costs shared equally. Non-binding but encouraged. Good faith participation required.

Arbitration: Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration. India venue (or user’s home jurisdiction if required). English language. Single mutually agreed arbitrator. Exceptions: Small claims court, IP disputes, injunctive relief, and collection of undisputed amounts.

Class Action Waiver: Disputes resolved individually. No class actions or representative proceedings (where permitted by law). No consolidation. Each user brings claims individually.

Limitation Period: Claims must be brought within 1 year from when claim arose, or longer if required by law.

Costs & Fees: Each party bears own legal costs generally. Prevailing party may recover fees if permitted. Frivolous claims may result in cost recovery. Arbitration costs typically shared. We may cover costs for small claims.
